Complete transformation of Moll de Mestral from the original Port Olímpic of 1992, creating an area that fosters new blue economy activities and businesses, particularly those related to nautical and innovation. A new, flexible assembly hall and multipurpose space have also been introduced, allowing for various configurations. The facilities, which run through a service gallery, have been fully renovated, featuring a centralized thermal energy production system for air conditioning throughout the dock. This system uses sea water for energy exchange, providing a sustainable and highly efficient solution.
Simultaneously, the project includes the urban renewal and lighting of the upper promenade, as well as the construction of a lightweight pergola made of technological wood and metal structure on the lower platform, serving as a shading element for the adjacent commercial spaces and as a public open area.
